Our Hiring Process:
Our team removes all identifying information in an effort to remove bias from the hiring process.
The hiring manager selects candidates to interview. You’ll have an average of 3 conversations with team members, giving you the perfect chance to interview us, too!
We may test your knowledge of processes and tech related to the role if it’s appropriate.
(i.e. A quiz or assessment)
If selected, you’ll receive an offer. The timeline for this varies by role, but we’ll tell you in your interview.

Our Commitment To Social Responsibility
We believe we exist to serve and recognize that our business is dependent on and an integral part of the communities in which we live. To that end, we seek to invest in our communities – here are a few ways we engage:
We have acted upon our commitments made in this blog and continue to improve.
For example, in partnership with Covenant House, two of our original interns are now living independently on their own and we continue to invest (and grow) in this program.
Our hiring processes have also been revamped so names and identifying information are removed before our teams see a candidate’s information in an effort to remove bias.
From laptop donations to local schools to working with the Ronald McDonald House and Families First, we continue to invest in our community.
As a company, we also match submitted employee contributions dollar-for-dollar made to a group that helps minorities, a protected class of person, or those who are disadvantaged.
In addition, we have provided in-kind marketing services for various non-profits.
All TPG employees get 2 days of PTO to volunteer with an organization of their choice.
We have also, as a company, worked on 6 Habitat For Humanity Homes, planted over 3 acres’ worth of trees in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, and packaged over 500 pounds of rice at local food banks.
