How Do I Streamline the Quote-to-Cash Process Using HubSpot Commerce Hub?

Start by normalizing your Product Library and price rules. Use Quotes to assemble offers from Deal and Line Item data, then gate send with approval workflows (discount, term, region). Enable Payments/Subscriptions to collect one-time or recurring revenue from the quote or an invoice/payment link. On payment, workflows update the Deal, create/renew Subscriptions, trigger provisioning tasks, and save the transaction ID/PDF so finance, success, and reporting stay in sync.
