How Does TPG Integrate Brand Guidelines and Tone?

TPG embeds brand voice by building a reusable Voice Kit (tone rules, terminology, do/don’t examples, formatting patterns), mapping it to AEO templates, and enforcing it with required fields, schema, and staged approvals in your CMS. Writers and agents draw from the same kit, so answers are concise for engines and unmistakably on-brand for humans.

What the Voice Kit Includes—and How It’s Used

We start with your style guide, messaging house, and best-performing content. From that, we codify tone (e.g., confident, plain, no hype), sentence and paragraph patterns, preferred verbs and nouns, banned terms, reading-level targets, and example passages. Each element becomes structured guidance inside page templates: the “Direct Answer” field enforces 40–90 words, headings follow a fixed question pattern, and related-links modules keep terminology consistent across the cluster.


The Voice Kit lives in a shared library referenced by human writers and AI tools. Content checks run at draft and pre-publish: lint rules flag banned terms, schema components ensure proper markup, and approvers verify tone and examples before anything goes live. Over time, analytics feed back into the kit—terms that drive engagement are promoted; ambiguous phrasing is retired—so the brand voice gets sharper as the cluster grows.
