Strategy & Consulting

Break out of the
marketing dark ages.

Marketing success isn’t measured in clicks, generated pipeline, or campaign volume. It’s measured in closed deals and profit.

Aligned teams. Modern model. Predictable revenue.

The Challenge

Your marketing is DOA. Here’s why.

The problem isn’t effort. It’s misalignment.

You need a modern model, where all teams and technology rally behind shared goals. You need revenue marketing.

  • Campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Leads pile up in the CRM.
  • Pipeline gets “influenced.”
  • Revenue stays flat.
  • Every team is rallying behind a different goal.
The Framework

The RM6 Framework.

Six pillars that turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

People

Real rainmakers on every team.

Process

From ad hoc to systematic.

Technology

Simplified stacks, stronger relationships.

Customer

Up close and personal.

Results

Meaningful measurement — not vanity metrics.

Volume-focused, top-of-funnel activity.

Stage 3

Demand Generation

Quality leads and disciplined nurturing.

Stage 4

Revenue Marketing

Fully accountable, measured, and optimized.

Organizations that reach Stage 4 achieve a 2.4x higher revenue growth rate. Lead gen is a start. Demand gen is better. But revenue rules all — and each pillar of the Revenue Marketing 6 (RM6) Framework addresses the challenges that keep CMOs up at night.

Frequently asked questions
We generate leads. Isn’t that already revenue marketing?

Lead generation is a piece of it, but revenue marketing connects every part of the funnel to closed deals, not just the top. That means aligning strategy, people, process, technology, and measurement around one shared goal: revenue. Most organizations are doing some of this well and some of it not at all. The gap between generating leads and consistently growing revenue is usually where we do our best work.

What kinds of marketing problems do you actually solve?

A wide range. We work on revenue marketing strategy, GTM planning, messaging frameworks, ICP development services, campaign architecture, marketing audits, and sales and marketing alignment. Some clients come to us knowing exactly what's broken. Others need help figuring that out first. Either way we start with an honest assessment of where you are before recommending where to go.

Can you help us evaluate whether our current marketing approach is actually working?

That’s often where we start. Before recommending any changes, we perform marketing audit services to measure what you have: your strategy, your messaging, your tech stack, your team structure, and how marketing connects to pipeline. Most organizations are surprised by what the audit surfaces, both the gaps they expected and the ones they didn't. From there we build a roadmap based on what will actually move revenue, not what looks good in a presentation.

Our sales and marketing teams have very different definitions of success. Where do you start?

With the number they both answer to. Pipeline and closed revenue are the only metrics that force alignment, so that's where we anchor the conversation. From there we work backward: what does marketing need to deliver, what does sales need to act on, and where are the handoffs breaking down. Alignment isn’t a culture problem. It’s a process and measurement problem, and those are fixable.

How do we know if we’re actually ready for AI, or if we’re just feeling the pressure to do something?

That’s the most important question on this page. Pressure from leadership isn’t a strategy. That’s why we built the AI Readiness Assessment — ten questions that cut through the noise and tell you honestly where AI will pay off for your business and where you'd be wasting money. No vendor agenda. No “it depends.” Take it before you talk to anyone, including us.
