AI Services

Your CEO said,
“Use AI for marketing.” Now what?

You’ve got board pressure, vendor pitches, and a team that’s either terrified of AI or thinks it makes them experts. What you don’t have is a plan that ties to revenue. We build those.

The right AI, wired into the systems you already run.

The Challenge

The marketing AI landscape is a graveyard.

More AI isn’t the answer. The right AI is.

  • Dead-end pilots that never make it to production.
  • Tools nobody actually uses.
  • Vendors who vow transformation, then deliver dashboards.
  • Teams either terrified of AI or overconfident about it.
  • Plenty of AI activity — none of it tied to revenue.
Our framework

Revenue Architecture for AI:
The R.A.I.N. Framework

R.A.I.N. — the Revenue Artificial Intelligence Network — is the AI intelligence layer that runs across the entire Revenue Loop, from first-touch acquisition through customer expansion. It’s not a tool or a product; it’s the systematic application of AI at each stage of the buyer and customer journey to compress the time it takes to move someone from one stage to the next. We call it the Revenue Time Machine.

R.A.I.N. connects AI capabilities to revenue outcomes, not to tool categories.

The most common AI program failure is organizational: teams buy AI tools by function — marketing buys a content AI, sales buys an intelligence platform, RevOps buys a forecasting tool — without a shared architecture connecting them to shared revenue KPIs. R.A.I.N. solves this by organizing AI investment across four revenue dimensions that every team shares accountability for: Revenue Automation, AI and Data-Driven Decisions, Individualized Personalization, and New Revenue Streams.

R.A.I.N. is introduced only after an AXO baseline exists — and only at the specific Revenue Loop stage where the gap is. The test for any AI use case: is it data-driven today, or could it be? Is it repetitive and clearly defined? Is it predictive — would better prediction improve the outcome? Yes to one, it’s viable. Yes to all three, it’s pilot-ready.

R.

Revenue Automation

Automate repetitive revenue processes: account research, lead routing, outreach sequencing, meeting prep, pipeline reporting, and follow-up scheduling — freeing human capacity for judgment-intensive work.

A.

AI and Data-Driven Decisions

Replace gut-feel calls with model-scored recommendations at every pipeline stage. Lead qualification, deal risk, churn probability, and expansion readiness all become scored, trackable signals.

I.

Individualized Personalization

Deliver account- and contact-specific content, messaging, and experiences at scale, using behavioral and firmographic signals to produce relevance manual segmentation can’t match at volume.

N.

New Revenue Streams

Use AI to identify expansion opportunities, cross-sell signals, and new market entry points across your existing customer base and pipeline — at a scale and speed manual analysis can’t replicate.

Use Cases

Seven ways AI pays off.

Agents – that do the work.

Explore the hub >

Hand off repeatable tasks to sophisticated agents — not chatbots — that never need time off.

Reporting – that reveals growth opportunities.

Cut down chart overload with smart dashboards and clear signals on what’s working and where to go next.

Personalization – that ops can scale.

Explore the hub >

Form personal connections tied to real data, executed in workflows that thrive past the demo phase.

Adaptable buyer journeys.

Replace generic drip sequences with nurture paths that automatically adjust in real time.

AEO Marketing: get cited and stand out.

Explore the hub >

Structure content so AI assistants find you, cite you, and send traffic your way.

Outbound that doesn’t feel like spam.

Connect and convert with automated research, personalization, and follow-ups.

Content Creation – with guardrails.

Generate on-brand, on-message, and on-policy materials — minus the “AI slop” that gives teams fits.

The Payoff

With the right partner, you can have it all.

Faster output. Cleaner data. Lighter workloads. AI that earns its place in your revenue engine.

  • Smarter stacks, same headcount.
  • The work nobody wants? Gone.

Frequently asked questions
We’ve already tried AI tools and they didn’t stick. Why would this be different?

Most AI rollouts fail for the same reason: they start with the tool, not the problem. A shiny platform gets bought, a pilot gets announced, and six months later nobody’s using it. We flip that. We start with the use cases that tie directly to revenue, then find or build what solves them. If a tool you already own can do the job, we’ll tell you — and configure it properly instead of selling you something new.

How long does it actually take to see results?

For focused implementations — an outbound B2B AI sales and marketing agent, an AEO content sprint, a CRM enrichment workflow — you’re looking at weeks, not quarters. We deliberately start small so you can prove value fast and build internal support before scaling. If something isn’t working, you find out early when it’s cheap to adjust, not after a six-figure commitment.

Do we need to replace our current tech stack?

No. We build around what you already run — HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, and the rest. Adding AI on top of broken or mismatched systems is a recipe for expensive failure, so if we spot foundational issues, we’ll surface them. But the goal is always to enhance what you have, not blow it up and start over.

How do you make sure AI content doesn’t damage our brand or create legal exposure?

Every content workflow we build includes guardrails: brand voice rules, compliance checkpoints, and human review triggers for anything high-stakes. “AI slop” — generic, off-brand, legally questionable output — is exactly what we’re built to prevent. Your legal and compliance teams won’t love AI by default. We build the workflows that give them reasons to.

How do we know if we’re actually ready for AI, or if we’re just feeling the pressure to do something?

That’s the most important question on this page. Pressure from leadership isn’t a strategy. That’s why we built the AI Readiness Assessment — ten questions that cut through the noise and tell you honestly where AI will pay off for your business and where you’d be wasting money. No vendor agenda. No “it depends.” Take it before you talk to anyone, including us.
