Client Satisfaction Guarantee
Our consulting services team is committed to a Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If we do not achieve a specified deliverable within a statement of work (SOW), we will work at no additional charge to meet the deliverable. If, after a reasonable period of time, we still have not met the deliverable, then client does not have to pay for that deliverable.
