Industry Veterans Join The Pedowitz Group Leadership Team

Leading demand generation agency continues to grow with the addition of Bob Solat, Steve Pekarthy and Angela Sanders to its rapidly expanding team of experts


ATLANTA – (May 18, 2010) – The Pedowitz Group, the world’s largest and most experienced demand generation agency, continues to grow with the addition of three more industry veterans to its rapidly-expanding team of experts.

Bob Solat brings over 20 years of business and management experience to The Pedowitz Group, working with such powerhouse companies as The Home Depot, Marriott Corporation, Wal-Mart and Nestle Purina.

As vice president of engagement services, Bob manages and provides strategic guidance to TPG’s diverse consulting team of account managers, project managers, revenue engineers and support staff.

Prior to joining TPG, Bob served as vice president of global professional services at OneSource Information Service, a leading provider of sales intelligence and business information. While there, he was responsible for building and leading the company’s pre-sales and service delivery group. Prior to his work with OneSource, Solat spent six years in various leadership positions with Kronos Incorporated’s talent management division.

Steve Pekarthy joins as vice president of the western region, where he will lead all consulting services west of the Mississippi. Steve is a former Big 4 Partner at KPMG/ BearingPoint with over 20 years of strategy and execution experience in a range of industries including high tech, software, and online retail and consumer products. His expertise includes business advisory consulting services including market analysis and strategy development, lead management and e-marketing strategy and execution, lead development and management, sales and channel operations, customer service and partner management, and systems and operations strategy and execution.  

Prior to joining The Pedowitz Group, Steve held an executive role at Crimson Consulting as vice president of global services for e-marketing and customer service software provider Kana Software. While there, he was responsible for client delivery, international operations, and a range of SI and implementation partners.

Angela Sanders joins The Pedowitz Group as a marketing automation expert and senior revenue engineer focused on helping clients align marketing and sales and assemble an effective set of marketing tools and processes to drive top and bottom line results.

Angela brings more than 11 years of electronic and traditional marketing experience to TPG from a wide cross-section of industries from insurance and financial services to IT consulting and distribution.

Prior to joining TPG, Angela served as director of U.S. marketing operations for Aon, a Fortune 500 firm focused on risk management, insurance brokerage and human capital consulting. While at Aon, Angela and her team significantly contributed to the company’s marketing-related revenue through strategic planning and activation, closed-loop tracking and analysis, and creating and implementing lead-generation and relationship-building campaigns.
