Jeff Pedowitz is the president and CEO and brings more than 20 years of leadership and a proven track record of delivering results to The Pedowitz Group. His focus is to drive the company’s strategic direction and to oversee all operations of the company.
Widely sought after for speaking and consulting engagements, Jeff appears more than 20 times per year at key industry events and was named as Sales Lead Management Association’s 2nd Most Influential Person for 2011.
Prior to starting The Pedowitz Group, Jeff served as VP of professional services for Eloqua, where he developed best practices for demand generation that are used by tens of thousands of marketers worldwide today. Jeff has also held leadership roles at Salesnet, Computer Associates and SmartTime Software.
A three-time entrepreneur, Jeff also created a sales training company called Achieve and owned and managed 35 Subway Sandwich franchises. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and resides in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and three children.
Debbie Qaqish is the chief strategy officer and a principal partner at The Pedowitz Group and is responsible for developing and managing client relationships.
She is a nationally recognized speaker, thought leader and innovator in the demand generation field, with more than 30 years of experience applying strategy, technology and process to help B2B companies drive revenue growth. Debbie was voted #10 in SLMA’s Top 50 Most Influential in Sales Lead Management in 2011.
Debbie has been at the forefront of the marketing automation phenomenon, first as a beneficiary, and now as an advocate and expert. She is a frequent speaker and writer on topics related to driving revenue through demand generation techniques, marketing automation technologies and the integration of sales and marketing.
Bruce Culbert is the chief service officer and a principal partner at The Pedowitz Group, where he is responsible for directing the global consulting and services organization. Bruce has been described as an e-Commerce visionary by Forrester Research and CRM Magazine recognized him as “One of the 20 Most Influential People in CRM”.
Previously, Bruce was CEO of iSymmetry and its affiliate companies and was part of the executive team that took SFDC public as its EVP and GM of global services. Bruce’s career represents more than 20 years of experience leading ground breaking information technology solutions and launching new business initiatives for companies including IBM, BearingPoint, KPMG and salesforce.com.

Cherie Pedowitz is the vice president of human resources at The Pedowitz Group. Her responsibilities include compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration and training.
Cherie has 20 years of operational and managerial experience. Her diverse background includes key roles in insurance, real estate and marketing.
Prior to TPG, Cherie worked at Pennsylvania Manufacturer’s Association and the law firm of Garber and Guralnick. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Business & Communications from the University of Arizona.
Kevin Joyce is the vice president of marketing services with The Pedowitz Group. He holds a unique combination of marketing skills and sales experience that helps companies to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.
Kevin is a marketing executive with 30 years of experience in high tech, holding positions that include engineering, marketing, and sales. For more than 12 years, Kevin has worked with SMB to enterprise companies on both their demand generation strategies and marketing automation solution selection and deployment.
Kevin has successfully launched numerous products and services as a director of product marketing at Sequent, as a director of sales at IBM, as vice president of marketing at Unicru, and as CEO at Rubicon Marketing Group. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Portland.
Steve Pekarthy is vice president of the western region at The Pedowitz Group, where he leads all consulting services west of the Mississippi. His expertise in business advisory consulting services encompasses market analysis and strategy development, lead management and eMarketing strategy and execution, lead development and management, sales and channel operations, customer service and partner management, and systems and operations strategy and execution.
A former Big 4 partner at KPMG/BearingPoint, Steve has more than 20 years of strategy and execution experience in a range of industries including high tech, software, online retail, and consumer products.
Prior to joining TPG, Steve held an executive role at Crimson Consulting. He also served as vice president of global services for eMarketing and customer service software provider Kana Software, where he was responsible for client delivery, international operations, and a range of SI and implementation partners.
Scot Benedetti is the vice president of sales at The Pedowitz Group. He possesses a unique combination of sales, marketing, operations and consulting experience that serve as an invaluable addition to The Pedowitz Group’s sales team.
Formerly TPG’s director of demand generation, Scott was instrumental in building the engine that drives demand generation internally for TPG.
During the last 20 years, he has been a successful sales and marketing professional in the enterprise software space, delivering applications to a wide variety of vertical industries. For the last seven years, Scott executed a dual role as CRM and marketing automation catalyst, evangelist, administrator and sales executive.
Steve Nakata is chief architect at The Pedowitz Group, where he manages complex technical implementations of marketing and sales automation solutions. Steve also oversees the development of technical capabilities into new areas that enhance the prospect/customer experience. In addition, he manages the data services practice, providing audit services and best practices for data hygiene.
Steve has more than 25 years of marketing and engineering experience in industries including identity management, systems management, semiconductor, telecommunications and aerospace/defense.
Previously, Steve was the director of technical marketing at Ping Identity and was instrumental in the launch of their flagship product, PingFederate. As their first marketing hire, he established and executed the various marketing processes from the ground up. Prior to this, Steve held leadership roles at Motive and IBM/Tivoli Systems. Early in his career, Steve was literally a ‘rocket scientist’, working at NASA on a variety of projects including robotics research for the International Space Station and a return-to-earth unmanned spacecraft.
Gary Flicker is chief financial officer at The Pedowitz Group and is responsible for all financial activities of the company. Gary has 30 years of accounting, financial reporting, analysis and tax experience from a variety of companies.
Previously, he was employed by two national CPA firms and has served in a vice president / financial director position for a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. Gary also worked as the financial director of a boutique investment / merchant banking firm, and was employed by two different publicly traded corporations as the chief financial officer. In addition, Gary founded the firm Flick Financial, which was established to assist businesses and individuals with all of their financial and tax needs.
Gary is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Georgia and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Angela Sanders is the Director of Consulting Operations at the Pedowitz Group and is responsible for consistent internal operations to improve consulting efficiency and client satisfaction. She is a veteran marketer who understands the business and client needs for tight project management and high quality deliverables.
Angela has over 15 years of experience in helping marketing organizations grow from traditional marketing to robust Revenue Marketing. Prior to joining TPG, she worked for Aon Risk Services where she tracked over $25M annually to marketing efforts. She has worked with companies of all sizes across various industries.
Angela holds a BA from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Emily Salus is the Marketo Practice Lead and Director of Customer Success at the Pedowitz Group. She is responsible for leading the team in best practices for Marketo, managing the partner relationship with Marketo, and developing new processes. Under Emily’s leadership, the Pedowitz Group has won the Marketo Partner Excellence award both times since its inauguration, in 2012 and 2013.
With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and PR for high tech companies, Emily is able to understand the needs of marketing and sales alike. Prior to joining TPG, Emily held numerous positions in Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations.
Emily holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS from the University of California, Davis.
Evan Whitenight is the Director of Revenue Engineering Services with The Pedowitz Group and is responsible for leading the senior technical services delivery team. He combines his deep understanding of marketing and sales technologies, contact data management skills, and best-practice
demand generation experience to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Evan is a marketing executive with 20 years of experience in high tech, holding various positions in sales, marketing, product marketing, and sales and marketing leadership. For the last 10 years, he has strived to leverage technology and processes to drive Revenue Marketing adoption across all of roles he has contributed to and overseen.
Prior to joining The Pedowitz Group, Evan has successfully lead global marketing and inside sales for a number of high tech B2B software and data service companies as well as being a noted speaker within the Marketing Automation and Sales and Marketing space. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing from the St. Edward’s University.
