Two Pedowitz Group Customers Receive DemandGen Report’s 2010 Sales and Marketing Alignment Awards

Two customers of The Pedowitz Group recognized for outstanding demand generation programs using the Eloqua platform

ATLANTA – (July  14, 2010) – The Pedowitz Group, the world’s largest and most experienced demand generation agency, announced today that two of its customers – Dun & Bradstreet and The Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts (SBLI) –  have been recognized by DemandGen Report for their outstanding demand generation programs.

Recipients of DemandGen Report’s 2010 Sales and Marketing Alignment Awards were chosen for their innovative use of tools such as lead scoring, e-mail/Web tracking, and social media tactics to increase the efficiency of their sales and marketing teams, generate more quality leads, and, ultimately, close more business. Two of the six companies recognized this year are clients of The Pedowitz Group.

Dun & Bradstreet, the world’s leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses, was recognized for its ability to generate 190 qualified leads in just three weeks, in addition to ramping-up its e-mail efforts and increasing overall open and click-thru rates by 300%, The Pedowitz Group helped the company create deeper sales and marketing alignment using Eloqua’s marketing automation system as a trigger.

With The Pedowitz Group’s help, powered by Eloqua, SBLI is able to use social media technology to capture leads through an integrated lead nurturing program. Leads are now vetted based on entry point, providing a higher quality lead to sales, delivered deeper in the funnel. As a result, SBLI now collects 500 additional contacts per week, of which 1% convert to sales qualified leads.
