Position: Engagement Manager

Job Description

Working under the direction of the VP of Enterprise Engagement Services the TPG Engagement Manager performs the below valuable roles for our clients and internal stakeholders:


Manages Client Accounts and Projects.
Manage the full life cycle of a client engagement from proposal through final deliverable and customer sign-off.
Manage overall client expectations, project scope and profitability and customer satisfaction for the projects/clients you are assigned.
Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of TPG clients.
Deliver Best Practice Consulting to clients on Demand Generation strategies and techniques and in the use of Marketo and other Marketing Automation Solutions.
Deliver high customer satisfaction and follow on business in the accounts you are assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

Practice advancement – All employees are responsible for contributing towards the advancement of the Engagement practice.
Tasks as assigned – To include support of existing customer base
Consult on strategic direction, business process alignment and marketing best practices as they relate to demand generation with our client base.
Lead consulting engagements, understand infrastructure of the marketing organization; review customer data, application usage, and marketing initiatives and make recommendations
Perform industry research, develop and deliver content for client meetings and public sessions. Actively contribute to the thought leadership of the team. 

Skills

  • 10+ years project management experience
  • 10+ years in designing and leading marketing, lead management or demand generation efforts
  • 5+ years as professional consultant
  • Experience with SaaS marketing applications (Marketo, Eloqua, SF.com, Genius, etc)
  • Excellent client communication, written and verbal skills
  • Team leadership skills with integrated client/consultant/partner teams
  • Able to scope, write SOWs, manage client expectations, and deliver on SOW commitments
