Jeff has over 25 years of experience leading successful B2C and B2B organizations. As founder and president of The Pedowitz Group, Jeff is responsible for setting the company's vision and strategic direction along with managing all daily operations. Widely recognized as an industry expert and thought leader, he frequently writes and speaks on a variety of topics related to Revenue Marketing™, demand generation, marketing operations and marketing technology.
Prior to founding The Pedowitz Group, Jeff served as vice president of professional services for Eloqua, one of the world's leading providers of demand generation software. While there, he spearheaded a best practices consulting organization from the ground up and helped Eloqua achieve a significant thought leadership position in the marketplace.
Jeff began his career with Subway Sandwiches, where he successfully built a territory to include 35 owned and franchised stores. From there, he held key leadership and executive positions with Computer Associates, SmartTime Software, and Salesnet.
Jeff received his Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
Cherie Pedowitz is the vice president of human resources at The Pedowitz Group. Her responsibilities include compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration and training.
Cherie has 20 years of operational and managerial experience. Her diverse background includes key roles in insurance, real estate and marketing.
Prior to TPG, Cherie worked at Pennsylvania Manufacturer’s Association and the law firm of Garber and Guralnick. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Business & Communications from the University of Arizona.
Debbie is a nationally recognized thought leader, innovator and speaker in Revenue Marketing with more than 30 years of experience applying strategy, technology and process to help B2B companies drive revenue growth.
She is the author of the award winning book – “Rise of the Revenue Marketer,” Chancellor of Revenue Marketing University, and host of Revenue Marketer Radio (WRMR). Debbie has been at the forefront of the marketing automation phenomenon, first as a beneficiary, and now as an advocate and expert. She is a frequent speaker and writer on topics related to Revenue Marketing transformation, leadership, change management, sales and marketing alignment, ROI, content, organization, talent and marketing operations. She coined the term “Revenue Marketer” in 2011.
As a principal partner and chief strategy officer of The Pedowitz Group, Debbie is responsible for developing and managing global client relationships, as well as leading the firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
Debbie is also PhD candidate and her dissertation topic is how the CMO adopts financial accountability in an e-marketing environment.
As chief services officer of The Pedowitz Group, Bruce is focused on delivering results-oriented services to the agency’s rapidly expanding client base. He is responsible for the company’s global consulting services and support and is also a member of its executive board.
Bruce’s career represents more than 20 years of experience leading groundbreaking information technology solutions and launching new business initiatives for companies including IBM, BearingPoint, KPMG and salesforce.com.
Bruce regularly speaks at industry, customer and partner events and currently serves on the boards of a number of emerging technology companies focused on areas such as SaaS, Cloud computing and social networking. He is often featured in leading magazines and periodicals including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, CRM Magazine and InformationWeek.
Scott Benedetti serves as Vice President of Sales at The Pedowitz Group where he is accountable for helping TPG and its client organizations achieve measurable revenue results. He is obsessed with helping customers along their Revenue Marketing™ journey to transform their operations from a cost center to a revenue center. He possesses a unique combination of sales, demand generation, marketing operations and consulting experience along with the drive required to lead The Pedowitz Group’s sales team.
Throughout his career Scott has been a successful sales and marketing professional in the enterprise software space, delivering applications to a wide variety of vertical industries. For the last nine years, Scott executed a dual role as CRM and marketing automation catalyst, evangelist, administrator and sales executive.
Gary Flicker is chief financial officer at The Pedowitz Group and is responsible for all financial activities of the company. Gary has 30 years of accounting, financial reporting, analysis and tax experience from a variety of companies.
Previously, he was employed by two national CPA firms and has served in a vice president / financial director position for a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. Gary also worked as the financial director of a boutique investment / merchant banking firm, and was employed by two different publicly traded corporations as the chief financial officer. In addition, Gary founded the firm Flick Financial, which was established to assist businesses and individuals with all of their financial and tax needs.
Gary is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Georgia and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Evan Whitenight is the vice president of revenue marketing cloud with The Pedowitz Group and is responsible for leading the senior technical services delivery team. He combines his deep understanding of marketing and sales technologies, contact data management skills, and best-practice demand generation experience to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Evan is a marketing executive with 20 years of experience in high tech, holding various positions in sales, marketing, product marketing, and sales and marketing leadership. For the last 10 years, he has strived to leverage technology and processes to drive Revenue Marketing adoption across all of roles he has contributed to and overseen.
Prior to joining The Pedowitz Group, Evan has successfully lead global marketing and inside sales for a number of high tech B2B software and data service companies as well as being a noted speaker within the Marketing Automation and Sales and Marketing space. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing from the St. Edward’s University.
Angela Sanders is the Vice President of Client Management and Consulting Operations at the Pedowitz Group and is responsible for consistent internal operations to improve consulting efficiency and client satisfaction. She is a veteran marketer who understands the business and client needs for tight project management and high quality deliverables.
Angela has over 15 years of experience in helping marketing organizations grow from traditional marketing to robust Revenue Marketing. Prior to joining TPG, she worked for Aon Risk Services where she tracked over $25M annually to marketing efforts. She has worked with companies of all sizes across various industries.
Angela holds a BA from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Kevin Joyce is the vice president of strategy services with The Pedowitz Group. He holds a unique combination of marketing skills and sales experience that helps companies to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.
Kevin is a marketing executive with 32 years of experience in high tech, holding positions that include engineering, marketing, and sales. For more than 14 years, Kevin has worked with SMB to enterprise companies on their journeys to transform their demand generation strategies as it relates to the six key components of a successful Revenue Marketing™ engine: strategy, people, process, technology, customers and results.
Kevin has successfully launched numerous products and services as a director of product marketing at Sequent, as a director of sales at IBM, as vice president of marketing at Unicru, and as CEO at Rubicon Marketing Group. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Portland.
As Director of Revenue Marketing at The Pedowitz Group, Margaret Angell leads the company's efforts for demand generation, inside sales, and overall marketing operations. Prior to joining TPG in 2013, she helped transform marketing operations at several companies including Cigna Healthcare, OHL (Ozburn Hessey Logistics) and Sitel Corporation. Margaret got started on her Marketing Transformation journey way back in 2007 when the phrase MA hadn't even been coined yet. She is equally well versed on multiple Marketing Automation platforms including Oracle | Eloqua, Marketo and Hubspot. And, she is passionate about the role technology plays in transforming marketing from a cost center to a revenue center. Margaret also believes that if technology is the rocket, a solid strategy is the fuel. Her number one goal at TPG is to work with her peers to continuously improve in the six key areas essential to Revenue Marketing Transformation: People, Process, Strategy, Technology, Customers and Results.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Margaret is proud of her professional accomplishments. But, these are the things in life that matter to her most: Being a loving wife, a trusted friend, a sincere mentor, and leaving the world better than she found it.
Steve Nakata is chief architect at The Pedowitz Group, where he manages complex technical implementations and integrations of marketing automation and CRM platforms. Steve oversees the development of technical capabilities into new areas that enhance the customer experience. He also leads the data management services practice providing data hygiene, data audit and enrichment, data remediation, and data governance services and best practices to TPG clients. Steve has more than 25 years of marketing and engineering experience in industries including identity management, systems management, semiconductor, telecommunications and aerospace/defense.
Previously, Steve was the director of technical marketing at Ping Identity and was instrumental in the launch of their flagship product, PingFederate. As their first marketing hire, he established and executed the various marketing processes from the ground up. Prior to this, Steve held leadership roles at Motive and IBM/Tivoli Systems.
Early in his career, Steve was literally a ‘rocket scientist’, working at NASA on a variety of projects including robotics research for the International Space Station and a return-to-earth unmanned spacecraft.
Emily Salus is the Director, Marketo Practice, at the Pedowitz Group. She leads a talented team of power users and Marketo Certified experts who consistently deliver positive client results. In addition to managing TPG's partner relationship with Marketo, she is also responsible for employee education, process development, and evangelizing Marketo Best Practices both internally and with clients. Under Emily’s leadership, the Pedowitz Group has won the Marketo Partner Excellence award three times since its inauguration, in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing operations, demand generation and PR for high tech companies, Emily has a deep understanding of the importance of marketing and sales alignment as it relates to our clients' Revenue Marketing™ journey. Prior to joining TPG, Emily held numerous positions in Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations.
Emily holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS from the University of California, Davis.
